Jenn Lang

Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in School and Mental Health Counseling from University of Pennsylvania and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. Her background includes experience working with clients involved in residential group homes, Division of Child, Protection, and Permanency (DCPP), and schools. The majority of Jennifer’s experience has been assisting children and adolescents with diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), borderline personality disorder, autism spectrum disorder, among others. Jennifer’s primary therapeutic approach is Person Centered Therapy and due to no two clients being alike, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Jennifer assists clients in identify healthy coping skills, positive socialization skills, and effective communication skills to help navigate life’s challenges.

Rebekah works with client seeking to address areas such as physical/emotional trauma, behavioral issues, anxiety, ADHD, bullying, school stresses, grief, or seeking anger management. She believes no client is the same and each requires a different approach. This includes helping the client identify tools and techniques that work best for them and which they are comfortable with implementing both in and outside of therapy. Rebekah also offers Christian-based counseling, allowing clients to include their spiritual beliefs and practices in their sessions.
